Policies

These policies apply to Synth Sirens, an AI-powered digital entertainment service operated by Amista Management. The service is built around fictional AI personas, private chat experiences, digital content, and provider-hosted checkout links.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using Synth Sirens, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. The service is intended for private digital entertainment and chat-first companion experiences.

Synth Sirens provides fictional, synthetic, and AI-generated entertainment experiences. Personas, messages, images, voice notes, stories, and interactions are digital creations. They do not represent real people, real availability, real relationships, or real-world contact opportunities.

No meeting, physical contact, phone call, private address, real identity information, or offline relationship is offered or implied. The experience is digital and takes place through the agreed private chat flow.

Content License and Restrictions

All content provided through Synth Sirens, including characters, messages, images, scripts, prompts, names, designs, and generated media, is owned by or licensed to Amista Management or its digital creators.

Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and enjoy the content for private entertainment only. Copying, publishing, reselling, redistributing, leaking, scraping, training models on, or commercially exploiting the content is not permitted.

Sharing screenshots, recordings, chat exports, or private content outside the service is not permitted without written permission.

Privacy Policy

We process personal data only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and bill our digital entertainment services. Depending on how the service is used, this may include account details, contact information, payment status, chat content, usage data, device and log data, support messages, and safety-related moderation records.

Messages and interaction data may be processed by AI systems and technical service providers in order to generate replies, maintain continuity, improve safety, and operate the service. We do not sell private chat content.

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials. Payment providers may process payment data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Digital Delivery and Refunds

Synth Sirens provides digital content and digital services only. No physical goods are shipped. Access is usually delivered after successful payment by enabling chat access, digital unlocks, premium interactions, digital content, or other agreed features.

Because these products are digital services and digital content delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available once access has started, content has been unlocked, credits have been used, or an AI interaction has begun.

Where legally required, users may have a statutory right of withdrawal. If immediate access is requested during the withdrawal period and performance begins, the withdrawal right may expire at that point for digital content or services, as permitted by applicable law.

If payment succeeded but a digital experience was not delivered because of a technical issue, support should be requested in the same private chat where the checkout link or access instructions were provided.

Content and Safety Rules

Synth Sirens is for adults only. Users may not use the service to request, create, upload, share, or promote illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, real-person impersonation, doxxing, blackmail, harassment, hate content, threats, exploitation, or instructions for serious harm.

Our personas are fictional and synthetic. Users must not attempt to identify, contact, stalk, expose, or connect any persona to a real person. The service does not provide real companionship, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support.

We may refuse, remove, limit, or suspend access where content, conduct, payment activity, or technical use creates legal, safety, fraud, abuse, or platform-risk concerns.
